So much better than email tag!

Honestly, I used to dread scheduling meetings, it felt like an endless chain of emails trying to find a time that worked for everyone. Doodle's Agentic Calendar Orchestration has been a lifesaver! It's so easy to set up a poll and just send it out. Everyone votes on what times work, and boom, meeting scheduled. I was a little worried about how it would work with my Outlook calendar, but it syncs up perfectly. The free version does almost everything I need, which is awesome. Definitely recommend giving it a shot, saves so much back-and-forth compared to what I used to do! 😄

Doodle Professional is a solid upgrade

I've been using Doodle for years to coordinate meetings, and the free version always got the job done for simple polls. This time around, I decided to try out Doodle Professional, mainly for the Calendar Sync feature. It's a huge improvement, making sure my availability is always accurate without me having to manually block out time. Setting up the Booking Page was also straightforward, and it really streamlines the process for others to schedule with me. It's definitely more reliable than some other tools I've tried in the past like When2meet, which often felt clunky. If you're coordinating multiple schedules regularly, Professional is worth it.

Good value for annual plan

I was looking for a scheduling tool and decided to try Doodle Professional. I went for the annual billing option because of the 25% off offer, which made it feel like a really good deal. The 14-day free trial let me test out the Booking Page and see if it was worth it before committing. It was easy to set up with my Outlook, and I feel I got good value for the price I paid.

Good for quick scheduling

Signed up for Doodle Professional. Used 1:1 Meetings feature. It integrated well with Zoom. Easy to set up. Got the job done.

Worked out pretty well

Needed to set up a few meetings with clients last week, so I tried Doodle for the first time. Used the 1:1 Meetings feature. It was pretty simple, honestly. Just picked some times, sent the link, and they booked. No fuss, which is what I wanted. It synced with my calendar automatically, so that was handy. All in all, a smooth experience.

Reliable as always

I've been using Doodle for years, mostly for Group Polls. This time I needed to schedule several 1:1 Meetings and decided to try out the Doodle Professional plan again, as my free trial had expired ages ago. It's just as reliable as I remember. The Calendar Sync with Google Calendar is always solid, and the time zone detection is super helpful for international contacts. It's consistently good, which is why I keep coming back when I need something more than just a basic poll.

So easy to schedule!

I used Doodle's Group Polls to organize a team meeting and it was fantastic! Everyone found it simple to use. The Calendar Sync worked perfectly with my Google Calendar. I will definitely be using Doodle again for future events and recommending it to my colleagues!
